Today, we kicked off our 2025 event agenda with an exclusive discussion on global investments.

We hosted a fireside chat at our São Paulo office under the theme “Investing in High-Potential Companies,” moderated by our partner Rodrigo Louro, with special guest Ryan Pedlow, Founder and Portfolio Manager of Two Creeks Capital Management.

Two Creeks Capital, a New York-based global equities hedge fund, is recognized for its fundamental investment approach and focus on selecting companies with strong potential for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

During the session, Ryan shared his professional journey in the financial markets prior to founding Two Creeks in 2014. He detailed his investment philosophy, which focuses on identifying companies he refers to as “horses” – businesses with significant upside potential and long-term growth prospects.

He also emphasized the importance of deep research in building robust portfolios, capital allocation discipline, and the challenges of identifying opportunities in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
