Ee welcomed Isabelle Randon Frota to our São Paulo office for an inspiring conversation about family governance with members of the Mauá Group and the Insper Family Business Club.
Isabelle Randon, a third-generation member of the Randon family and partner of the Randon Group, one of the largest Brazilian companies providing transportation solutions, shared her family’s history, the group’s business structure, and the role of different generations in the continuity of the business.
From an early age, Isabelle has been involved in the family business. She explained how she plays the crucial role of coordinating the family council and participating in the implementation of various initiatives, such as the shareholders’ academy and the shareholders’ council.
In addition to her day-to-day role within the company, Isabelle Randon is active in the FBN-The Family Business Network, where she coordinates committees focused on the development of new generations and the creation of content on family governance and succession.
